Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at carboncraftedcases@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video of the issue

Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
